Bindi Sergardi – Bindo IGT Toscana Bianco

Dedicated to Bindo Bindi, governor of Orvieto in 1400, known area for great white wines.

Vinification and aging: After the destemming and soft pressing, the must is placed in stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16/18° C. The wine is then stored in steel for a few months before being bottled.

Tasting notes: White paper color with golden reflections. It has an intense bouquet, with hints of peach, melon and pear. In the mouth it is fresh and savory with good acidity. Wine to drink young in order to better savor its freshness.

Food Pairings

Serving suggestions: Suitable as an aperitif, excellent accompanied with fish as a tradition.

Serving temperature: Serve the wine at 12° C. Store at a constant temperature of about 17° C away from light.

Albarino Laxas

Following an optimum blooming after a dry, mild winter, the light August rains delayed the intermediate stage of ripening. A September with no rainfall led to a perfect, balanced final growth of the grape.

Starting from perfectly ripe grapes in their ideal state, exclusively from the sub-area of the Condado del Tea, meticulous pressing gives an excellent quality must.

Fermentation of the alcohol takes place in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 18ºC; when fully fermented, all the wines are decanted to separate the dregs, followed by the “coupage” of the various vats.
The wine is then stabilized by applying cold, filtered and bottled, after passing through a microbe-free filter process to ensure that the wine is preserved in the bottle in perfect condition.

Tasting

Clear, brilliant wine, straw yellow coloured with green nuances. An intense aroma on the nose, perfectly combining the fruity and floral notes, particularly apple and stoned fruit (apricot). Freshness on the palate typical of Albariño, with a touch of acidity perfectly balanced with the structure and body of this wine. Meaty, sweet with a glyceric finish.

Miquel Pons Brut Cava

This cava, one hundred percent natural with no added dosage, with a minimum aging of 18 months, has a pale yellow color with green hues. In the nose, fruity aromas leave place also aging notes. On the palate the fruit are white, the light touch of toast and the delicate freshness provided by the perfect coupage of traditional varieties provides smooth on the palate, with creamy bubble typical of cava Miquel Pons.

Tasting Notes

Grassy on the nose, and for a brut nature this is decidedly flat in aromas, with ultradry flavors of lime and tangerine along with powdery vanilla. Super light on the finish, which dissipates in no time. Almost tart and lacking in the long run.

Arc Nova Rose

Tasting notesProduced from the Espadeiro and Touriga Nacional variety, this wine defines a new concept in rosé. The red fruit and berries aromas, blended with the freshness and lightness only possible in a Vinho Verde, make this a very special rosé.Visual: Clear and bright framboise colour.

Aroma: Fresh and young aromas. Strawberries and raspberries crushed into currant with generous lime drops.

Flavour: Nice structure and a good balance between the alcohol and acidity. The light fizz enhances the wine freshness.
