The tasting is free and very casual. Stop by anytime between 4 and 6 pm and stay as long as you like. A well-appointed charcuterie board will be on hand to enjoy along the way.

Make an evening of it in Sunapee Harbor by starting with the tasting and continuing on to Wildwood Smokehouse, the Blue Canoe or Hoptimystic.

The Paolo Manzone Estate

No chemicals are used in the agriculture and priorities are given to agronomic solutions, respect for the soil, use of floral and herbal essences along with respect and honesty towards consumers insured by traceability and external certification. The winery and house is located entirely in the Cru Meriame di Serralunga having belonged to Luisella’s family for generations. To be more precise it is located on the Western Slopes between Baudana and Lazzarito Crus in a small ampitheater facing South, South West in front of Castiglione Falletto.

Domaine du Bagnol – Cassis 2024

  • Rose
  • Grenache (50%), Cinsault (30%), Mourvedre (20%)

No estate expresses the salt-kissed limestone-driven terroir of the idyllic Provençal seaside village of Cassis like Domaine du Bagnol, and the current generation, Sébastien Genovesi, crafts a rosé of scintillating energy, chiseled calcareous musculature, and gleaming red fruits. Comprising 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, and 20% Mourvèdre, Bagnol’s Cassis Rosé is pressed directly and rapidly (in under two hours) to extract as little color as possible, and the bottled wine (certified organic) contains only 20 milligrams per liter of total sulfur—a factor which contributes to its gorgeous purity of texture and intense evocation of limestone soil.
