Welcome to Parajes del Valle.
A place where you will find special wines, original and created with care. Unique, because the vines from which they are born are also unique. Vines that know how to overcome hard times, and have come out strengthened over the years. The way of making wine in this winery has a clear inspiration: respect for the environment. They know that only by taking care of the biodiversity of these lands, they will give their best fruit. That is why they make organic wines: because they love the environment, and what one loves is not mistreated.
At this wine tasting we are featuring 4 wines from Parajes del Valle. They include a Red, a white, an orange wine and a Rose. the wine tasting is 4-7pm on Thursday, March 26.
We are excited to welcome the Discover Sugar River Region group to the wine tasting. Their mission is to strengthen the greater Sullivan County region as a thriving, vibrant, and distinct destination in New Hampshire.
This is a free event and very casual. Come anytime between 4pm and 7pm and stay for as long as you like. Of course we will be providing a well appointed charcuterie board to help to cleanse your palate.
Make a night of it in Sunapee Harbor by using the tasting as a starting point to finish at Wildwood Smokehouse, the Blue Canoe or Hoptimystic.
La Fuente de las Perdices, Cañada de Albatana, Las Puntillas, Término de Arriba. . . Are some of the plots where we grow our vinegrapes, always in an ecological way, with full respect for traditions and the know-how of our growers. Under a continental climate with Mediterranean influences cold winters and extremely warm summers, with barely 300 liters of rain a year, the dryness of our Jumilla PDO is one of the most rigorous in the country. Our Monastrell grape vineyards are located between 600 and 700 meters altitude. The harvest is always done by hand to safeguard the maximum quality of each fruit. We carry out traditional viticulture because we follow, from the deepest of our hearts, the guidelines that history has given to us: our land taught us to love the wine.
