We’re bringing a little taste of Italy back to Sunapee Harbor!
Following our recent travels through Northern Italy, we’re excited to share a special wine tasting featuring Pasqua Wines, a family-owned winery based in Verona, in the heart of Italy’s Veneto wine region.
Our visit to Pasqua was an opportunity to explore the wines, learn more about the people behind them, and experience the winemaking traditions of this remarkable region. Now we’re bringing some of those discoveries home to share with you.
Join us Thursday, October 29, from 4–6 PM at Sunapee Cellar & Pantry as we pour four wines from the Pasqua family and share a few stories from our Italian adventure.
Pasqua is known for its wonderful range of Veneto wines, from bright, refreshing whites to elegant, expressive reds, including the region’s celebrated Valpolicella and Amarone. The winery also embraces a creative, modern approach to winemaking, making its wines especially fun to explore.
We’ll take you on a little journey through the Pasqua portfolio, discovering the different styles, flavors, and personalities that make these wines so appealing. With fall settling into Sunapee Harbor, it’s a perfect time to discover some Italian wines to enjoy throughout the cooler months.
As always, our tasting is complimentary, casual, and a great excuse to spend a fall afternoon in the Harbor. Bring a friend, discover a new favorite, and enjoy a little taste of Verona without leaving Sunapee. (Note: please just one sample per bottle, feel free to purchase wines by the glass and enjoy our patio)
And there’s no need to rush off when the tasting ends. We’ll be serving wine and beer by the glass on the patio during and after the event, so stay awhile, enjoy the Harbor, and perhaps raise a glass to Italy.
When you’re ready for dinner, take a short stroll to one of our wonderful local restaurants, including the Blue Canoe, Fenton’s, or Hoptimystic.
A little Italian wine, a few stories from Verona, and a fall afternoon in Sunapee Harbor. We hope you’ll join us!
