Charcuterie and Meats

Working with local farms in both New Hampshire and Vermont, we have a selection of ready to eat salami and whole muscle meat as well as grill items including pork chops, steaks, ribs, sausage and bacon.  Looking for guanciale, we’ve got that too.

Domestic and International Artisan Cheeses

Our cheeses hail from Vermont, New Hampshire, Spain, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland and Italy.  We have both soft and hard cheese perfect for any occasion.
